Transport Planner

Our Development Planning team specialises in providing high level advice to mainly private sector clients on access, transportation and infrastructure issues and supporting development proposals through the planning process.

Reporting directly to the planning director you can expect to be active on a number of projects/client accounts at any given time. Whilst operating as part of an experienced and dynamic team you will also be required to work on your own initiative.

The right candidate will be an experienced engineer or transport planner who is well versed in the preparation of Transport Assessments and Statements. You will have excellent written and spoken communication skills and ideally have experience of the planning process as a whole; traffic management and highway design and junction capacity assessment software.

More strategically, we are looking for an individual to drive the continued expansion of our Development Planning team, working with existing clients on new projects, and identifying new clients and areas of work.

The right individual has an excellent opportunity to become a key member of this growing consultancy and will be offered a competitive salary with the opportunity for further reward depending on performance.

£25k - £35k dependant upon experience
