Harrogate Ladies College: Transport Statement, Travel Plan and Car Park Management
TPS have had a long and ongoing involvement with the Harrogate Ladies College. Having first been appointed to assist with the development of a Transport Statement and Travel Plan to support development proposals for the conversion of a residential property into a reception class/preschool, TPS have subsequently been commissioned to assist the Facilities Manager to address parking issues at the school through the laying out of revised parking provision, vehicle access arrangements and parking criteria.
