Royal Humber Residential Development: Transport Statement & Travel Plan
TPS, as long term transport consultants to architects Coda Studios, developed a robust Transport Statement and Travel Plan in support of proposals to redevelop a brownfield site on the edge of Grimsby from ancillary car parking for the adjoining Royal Humber Hotel to over 80 residential units. The Transport Statement focussed on the capacity of the local junctions, addressing council concerns over the impact of the development proposals through effective management of the vehicular access point to the site and a proactive travel plan strategy to encourage and support residents to travel by sustainable means.
