Silk House Hotel: Transport Statement & Travel Plan
Silk House Hotel, a converted convent offering budget accommodation in the central London area, was conditioned to produce a Transport Statement and Travel Plan to support its development proposals. TPS were commissioned to develop both documents and to illustrate that whilst the development included no parking provision, the operation of the site as a hotel would be managed in such a way as to minimise the traffic impact on the surrounding residential streets.
