For that reason TPS are offering clients old or new a scrappage allowance of up to £1000 which can be put towards the cost of a new travel plan.

It's quite simple ... we will take a look at your old travel plan, see how much of it can be used again (and hence how much time it will save us), and let you know what it's scrappage value is.
