TPS have been instructed by the developers, Chalegrove Properties Ltd, to prepare and implement a travel plan for The Landmark in compliance with conditions of planning approval.
Travel Plan Manager Role at Next Plc
TPS are set to continue our long established relationship with Next Plc having been appointed to the role of Travel Plan Manager at the Leicester head office site. Working with an onsite travel plan coordinator, TPS will be leading on the future development and implementation of the travel plan. Watch this space for further news and updates!
Various Travel Plans, Thames Gateway
TPS have been instructed by Havering Borough Council and the Thames Gateway Travel Plan Network to prepare 7 separate travel plans for organisations across the region. Each organisation has completed a travel survey and site assessment via i-Trace, the data from which will be used by TPS to develop a comprehensive travel plan strategy.
Occupier Survey at Thorpe Park, Leeds
TPS have completed a survey of 4500 staff at the Thorpe Park Business Park in Leeds as part of our ongoing role as Travel Plan Manager/Community Manager. Analysis of the results has already led to a number of actions which will drive the travel plan forward over the coming year.
Student Accomodation, York
TPS have been appointed by Nixon Homes to prepare a transport assessment and travel plan in support of an application to develop 330 student residential units in York.
Mixed Use Development, Sheffield
TPS have been appointed by Coda Studios to address all transport issues in relation to the development of a large mixed use site on Northumberland Road, Sheffield. The development proposals, which include for a 330 space underground multi storey car park, require a detailed assessment of the local highway network, as well as a carefully structured argument.
