An important element of most ‘travel plan’ projects is the collection of data on travel patterns, choices and attitudes. Not only does the collection of such data help to inform the development of a suitable strategy, it also allows you to monitor the impact of your project over a period of time.
TPS have experience of working with a range of clients to develop, implement and report upon suitable travel related surveys. Delivery techniques employed can vary dependent upon the specific project requirements but typically include such as online travel surveys, postal surveys and multi modal traffic counts. Projects delivered by our team have ranged from single residential developments right through to Bank of America, where a total of around 10,000 staff were surveyed using a range of delivery techniques.
At all stages of the survey and data collection process our team are able to apply our experience to ensure that the right questions are being asked, in the most appropriate way, and that ultimately the outputs can be used to draw the conclusions required.
